Based on this information, live shipping rates from multiple courier partners are displayed at checkout.
Customers may select their preferred courier option where available. In some cases, the system may automatically assign the most suitable courier based on the selected service and delivery requirements.
Orders valued at R6,000 or more qualify for FREE standard delivery anywhere in South Africa.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum spend requirement.
Please note that certain oversized, bulky, heavy, or special-handling products may be excluded from free shipping promotions.
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Processing times are typically:
- 1–3 business days for in-stock items
- Longer processing times may apply for supplier-stock or special-order products
Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Tecexel does not perform deliveries directly.
All deliveries are carried out by independent third-party courier companies selected through our shipping network.
Delivery services are subject to the courier’s terms, operational schedules, and service levels.
Deliveries are generally made:
- Monday to Friday
- Between 08:00 and 17:00
A responsible person must be available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the parcel.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- Courier details
- Shipment status updates (where available)
Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor delivery progress directly with the courier.
Although we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

- Load shedding
- Industrial action or disruptions
- High seasonal order volumes
Should significant delays occur, we will communicate updates where possible.
Customers wishing to return products must follow the procedures outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Unless otherwise required by law or approved by Tecexel, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned products must be sent to the designated Tecexel warehouse or return facility.
Tecexel does not offer collection services for returns unless specifically arranged and approved.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Tecexel will not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, additional courier charges, or losses resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
Currently, Tecexel only delivers within South Africa.
International shipping is not available at this time.
