Tecexel uses Live Courier Rates, which means shipping prices are calculated in real time at checkout.
Customers can compare rates from multiple courier companies and select the shipping option that best suits their needs.

Orders over R6,000 qualify for FREE delivery anywhere in South Africa.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total meets the minimum requirement.
Please note: Certain oversized, heavy, or special-handling items may not qualify for free shipping.
Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Orders are only processed once payment has reflected in our bank account
Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service selected.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00
Couriers do not provide exact delivery times
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel
If no one is available, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, as all deliveries are couriered door-to-door.
Tecexel does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Currently, Tecexel only ships within South Africa.
International shipping is not available at this time.
