What is the Refund Policy?

At Tecexel, we aim to provide reliable products and a smooth shopping experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a product needs to be returned, repaired, or refunded.

Conditions for Returning Products

All returned products must:

  • Be returned with all original accessories

  • Include cables, power supplies, manuals, and packaging

  • Be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit

Failure to meet these conditions may result in:

  • The return being refused, or

  • A restocking fee of at least 15%

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to Tecexel.

For your protection:

  • Please insure the package

  • Use a trackable shipping method

Tecexel is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products will undergo an inspection by our technical team once received.

If the product fault is confirmed, Tecexel will proceed with one of the following:

  • Repair of the product

  • Replacement of the product

  • Refund, where applicable

Inspection is conducted as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the returned item.

Repair Timeframes

Where repairs are required, estimated repair times may be provided.

However:

  • Repair times are estimates only

  • Timeframes are not legally binding

  • Delays may occur due to parts availability, supplier response times, or technical verification

Tecexel will not be held liable for any losses resulting from delayed repairs.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in its original condition

  • The product includes all original packaging and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by misuse

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

  • Customers will be notified of the return status

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within:

5 – 7 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error on our side

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Photographs of the damage

  • Description of the issue

If confirmed, Tecexel will:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a full refund

Exchanges

Tecexel currently does not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different product:

Tecexel reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds where the return policy is abused or where products show signs of misuse or tampering.
