How Store Pickup Works
1. Place Your Order Online
Choose your products on the Tecexel website and select Store Pickup at checkout (where available).
2. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with pickup details and estimated availability.
3. Wait for Pickup Notification
Please wait for a “Ready for Collection” notification before visiting the pickup location. This ensures your order has been prepared and verified.
4. Collect Your Order
Bring your order confirmation and valid identification when collecting your items.
