How Payments, Refunds & Payouts Work
This page explains how payments, refunds, and billing transactions are handled at Tecexel, so you always know what to expect when making or receiving a payment.

How Payments Are Processed
When you place an order on the Tecexel website:
- Payments are processed through secure, trusted payment gateways
- Accepted payment methods may include:
Debit & credit cards
EFT
Buy Now, Pay Later options (where available)
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Payment Confirmation
Once payment is completed:
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email
- A receipt or invoice is issued automatically
- Your order moves into processing
If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact support.
Refunds & Returned Payments
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method, where possible
- Processing time is typically 7–14 business days
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control

Failed or Pending Payments
If a payment fails or remains pending:
- No funds are deducted permanently
- The order is not processed
- You may retry payment or choose a different method
If funds appear deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact our support team immediately.
Billing Accuracy & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Entering correct billing details at checkout
- Ensuring payment information is accurate
- Reviewing order totals before confirming payment
Tecexel cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.
