Order Cancellations Explained
At Tecexel, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, it’s possible — as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Timing is everything.
When Can I Cancel My Order?
You may request an order cancellation if:
- The order is still pending or processing
- The order has not yet been dispatched
- The cancellation request is submitted promptly
Once an order has been packed, handed to a courier, or marked as shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the Returns & Refunds process instead.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order:
- Contact our support team immediately via Contact Us
- Provide your order number
- Clearly state that you wish to cancel the order
Our team will confirm whether cancellation is still possible and advise on the next steps.
What Happens After Cancellation?
If your cancellation is approved:
- Your order will be stopped before dispatch
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
You’ll receive confirmation once the cancellation has been successfully processed.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Cancellations are not possible if:
- The order has already been shipped
- The order is in transit with the courier
- The order involves custom, special-order, or clearance items
In these cases, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our return conditions.
Important Notes
- Delayed cancellation requests may result in return shipping fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched
- Abuse of cancellations may affect future order approvals
