How to Cancel Your Tecexel Order

We understand — sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order placed on Tecexel, we’ve made the process as simple and transparent as possible.

Order cancellations depend on the status of your order at the time of request, so timing matters.

When Can I Cancel an Order?

You can request an order cancellation if:

  • Your order has not yet been processed
  • Your order has not been dispatched or shipped
  • Your order is still marked as “Processing” in your account

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may still qualify for a return once delivery is completed.

How to Cancel an Order
  1. Log in to your Tecexel account
  2. Go to Orders & Purchases
  3. Select the order you want to cancel
  4. Click Request Cancellation
  5. Our support team will confirm your request via email or WhatsApp

⏱️ Cancellation requests are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has already been dispatched:

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
  • Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Payment processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
