How the Tecexel Trade-In Program Works

We assess devices based on:

- Physical / cosmetic condition
2️⃣ Receive a Trade-In Quote
Once reviewed, our team will provide a fair, market-based quote via email.
This email will include:
- The trade-in value
- Eligibility confirmation
- Clear next steps
3️⃣ Send Us Your Device
If you accept the quote, follow the instructions provided to send your device to us.
Shipping instructions will be communicated clearly to ensure a smooth process.

4️⃣ Get Store Credit
After we receive and verify the device:
- Your trade-in is approved
- Store credit is issued to your Tecexel account
