How Local Pickup Works
1. Place Your Order Online
Browse our store and add products to your cart as usual.
During checkout, select Local Pickup as your delivery method (where available).
2. Order Confirmation
Once payment is successfully completed:
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email
- Our team prepares your order for collection
Please do not arrive before receiving pickup confirmation.
3. Pickup Notification
When your order is ready, we’ll notify you with:
- Pickup instructions
- Collection address
- Approved pickup times
Orders are released only after confirmation.
4. Collect Your Order
Bring:
- Your order confirmation email or order number
- A valid ID (required for verification)
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present:
- The order number
- Their valid ID
- Written authorization from you
Important Pickup Guidelines
- Pickup is available by appointment or during specified collection hours
- Orders not collected within the communicated timeframe may be delayed or rescheduled
- Products must be inspected at collection — issues should be reported immediately
What Products Qualify for Local Pickup?
